You are buying or selling a home, and you want a straight answer before you commit to anything. That is the whole job: a clear read on the property, the numbers and the timing — in plain language, and in writing.
Most of the work happens before an offer is written. We set the plan in writing — what we are looking for, what we will not compromise on, the number that ends the conversation — so that the third house on a Saturday does not become an emotional decision. A good showing schedule is short and deliberate.
For buyers, that means comparables you can check yourself, a pre-approval before the first viewing, and a written read on what a property will need in the first five years. For sellers, it means pricing against closed sales rather than asking prices, and naming the awkward items — the roof, the drainage, the permit that was never pulled — before a buyer's inspector finds them.
A house is the largest number most people ever say out loud. It deserves a straight answer, a written plan, and the same terms whether you are buying or selling.

The approach
The work is the plan, not the pitch.
Monogram, not a portrait — add an approved headshot here
The rest is temperament. Offers arrive at inconvenient times, inspections find things nobody expected, and the difference between a good outcome and a difficult one is usually how quickly you get an honest update and a clear next step. You will not be handed a portal login and left to interpret it.
This site is a design preview built around that method. The properties and area guides are illustrative samples; the working version should be filled with verified inventory, real client words and the agent's own biography.

How it works
Four steps, and none of them is a pitch.
A description of how the practice is set up to work, not a record of work already done. Timelines and volumes are deliberately left out until they can be verified.
01
A conversation, not a pitch
What you need, what you can spend, what you will not compromise on — and an honest read on whether now is the right time to move at all.
02
A written plan
For buyers: a search brief with the streets that fit and the ones that will not, plus a lender introduction if you need one. For sellers: pricing against real comparables, a repair list ranked by return, and a launch date.
03
The work
Showings arranged around your week, offers read line by line, inspections attended rather than summarised afterwards by email.
04
Through closing, and after
Contractor referrals, utility transfers, a binder with every document you signed, and a reason to call again once the boxes are unpacked.
Illustrative service areas
A sample patch, worked properly.
These eight Asheville-area neighbourhoods are an illustrative demo set, not a verified coverage list. Replace them with real service areas before launch.
Sample client notes
Placeholder quotes, laid out as real ones would be.
No reviews were supplied for this preview. Each card below is sample copy marked as such — replace it with a real, permission-granted review.
This space is reserved for a real client's words — the house that looked right and was not, the question that was answered honestly, the call that came before the listing went live.

Buyer story
A seller's review fits here: what was changed before listing, what was deliberately left alone, and how the final number compared with the first estimate.

Seller story
A third slot, for a client who bought from out of state and needed the details handled without a flight — inspections, contractors, paperwork at a distance.

Remote buyer story
A fourth, for the client who took two years to decide. Replace it with a review you can point to on a public profile, with permission attached.

Long-search story
A fifth and final placeholder, sized for the longest quote the carousel would realistically show. None of the copy on this page is a real endorsement.
